Shipping Details

The delivery takes around 3 to 5 Business days depending on the location. We ship the products worldwide. Tracking number is immediately provided with each shipment so that you can easily check your shipment details. We are responsible for the package until it reaches your home which means if the shipment is lost, we will provide complete refund to you or a new item free of cost.


Exchange Policy & Returns

We have a separate quality assurance section in our company which makes sure that the shipments are carefully examined before they are dispatched. We have 30 days unconditional return policy. You can also exchange the item for another free of cost.

Return Conditions
1. You can get full refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items, different for the pictures or having poor quality etc. We don’t accept refund or exchange if our product has sizing or coloring problem . And for damaged products , you need to share the damaged Package box or product picture to prove . Once they are shared and proved we will generate refund request. 2. You need to contact us within 48 hours if you would like to return or exchange the products , when receive package .
Return Process 
1. Submit a return request to Customer Service ileathers2k18@gmail.com within 2 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service.
2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the form. Include the Product Return Form with your return. Please use courier agency like UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEx to return the parcel. And we will not pay for the custom fee that might caused.
3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours within the same account which you used to pay us. Please note that we are not obliged to return shipping or custom charges associated with the return of products.
Exchange 
-Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange. – Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission ; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged. We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 24 hours after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.
